(Senior) Go-to-Market Scaling Manager - Germany

Location: Remote across Germany, with offices in Berlin, Hamburg, and Munich

hirify.global is building an integrated renewable-energy system that connects solar, batteries, heat pumps, and e-mobility through its Heartbeat AI virtual power plant.

What you will do

• Own the performance and monetisation of Heartbeat AI in the German market.
• Optimise pricing, packaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution in an established market.
• Develop unit-economics insights and use them to shape monetisation and product strategy.
• Track market performance, identify underperforming areas, and turn findings into concrete actions.
• Coordinate initiatives across Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing, translating technical constraints into commercial decisions.
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar commercial, product, or go-to-market role.
• Experience optimising established markets through pricing, packaging, or positioning improvements.
• Strong understanding of unit economics, margins, cost structures, and monetisation decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and influence stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
• Confidence presenting data and KPIs to executives.
• Native German and fluent English at C1/C2 level, written and verbal.
