Senior Product Manager (Data & Analytics Platform): Leading the evolution of a shared Data Hub that unifies product data for analytics, APIs, and AI-driven experiences with an accent on data instrumentation, contracts, modeling, governance, and cross-product access. Focus on designing reusable platform capabilities, modernizing legacy data flows, and enabling trusted real-time and historical analytics without fragmented pipelines.
Location: Portugal; fully remote

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Data Hub and shared analytics data foundation.
- Partner with product, engineering, data, and architecture teams across UC/PBX, Contact Center, AI, messaging, and other domains.
- Establish standards for product instrumentation, event generation, data contracts, ingestion, access, and common data models.
- Define how trusted data is exposed through APIs, analytics tools, embedded experiences, and AI applications.
- Drive migration from fragmented and legacy data flows toward a scalable shared architecture.
- Track adoption, data quality, availability, timeliness, platform utilization, and the effort required to enable new analytics use cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in data platforms, analytics platforms, developer platforms, or technically complex B2B SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, data ingestion and pipelines, data contracts, data modeling, APIs, data quality, and semantic models.
- Experience building shared platforms used by multiple product or engineering teams and applying platform-as-a-product principles.
- Ability to translate needs across product domains into reusable platform capabilities and influence teams without direct authority.
- Strong prioritization, communication, and technical decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
- Experience with Kafka, EventHub, or other event-driven architectures.
- Experience with Contact Center, Unified Communications, or communications platforms.
- Experience supporting real-time and historical analytics from a shared data foundation.
- Experience with AI/ML products, AI Agents, interaction analytics, generative AI, or legacy data modernization.
