TL;DR
Senior Product Manager (Integration Builder) (Integration Platforms/Developer Tooling): Building an integration authoring and marketplace product that enables integrations to be created, tested, deployed, published, and managed with an accent on developer experience, connector workflows, and lifecycle management. Focus on defining product strategy, designing complex technical workflows, and expanding from customer-specific integrations to partner and third-party ecosystems.

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Integration Builder.
- Define workflows for creating, testing, debugging, deploying, publishing, and managing integration connectors.
- Develop marketplace capabilities for discovering, governing, and managing integrations throughout their lifecycle.
- Gather requirements from Forward Deployed Engineers, Solution Architects, and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Engineering, Architecture, UX, AI, and other Product teams to deliver a developer-focused integration experience.
- Use product usage data and customer feedback to prioritize improvements and shape the long-term open integration ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience managing technical software, platform, or developer-facing products.
- Track record of working with engineering teams to deliver complex software solutions.
- Strong product discovery, requirements gathering, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile product development and remote, distributed teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, developer-focused platforms, low-code/no-code products, or developer tooling.
- Knowledge of integration technologies, API-first architecture, authentication standards, iPaaS, or connector frameworks.
- Experience with software marketplaces, enterprise software partners, or developer communities.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted software development, developer productivity tools, or AI agents.
