Data Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Analyze products and processes using available and collected data.
• Build, maintain, and enhance data analytics ETL pipelines.
• Create dashboards and reports in Looker to improve stakeholder KPIs.
• Work with product, operations, finance, risk, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver analyses.
• Maintain data standards, libraries, and dictionaries while documenting and sharing findings.
• Support the implementation of a data-driven mindset across the organization.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a data analyst in a startup or fast-paced organization.
• Strong SQL skills and experience writing queries; GCP or BigQuery experience is preferred.
• Basic Python knowledge with a solid foundation or strong willingness to develop further.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to translate technical details into business language.
