About the Role
You will lead a key stream of internal platform evolution focused on making software delivery more automated, reliable, and scalable. You will reduce development friction, improve build insights, manage tool maturity and deprecations, introduce AI-enabled developer infrastructure, create reusable platform abstractions, and measure adoption and productivity improvements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product experience
- Experience in platform engineering developer experience or AI-enabled technical products
- Technical understanding of system architecture and CI/CD constraints
- Ability to balance centralized governance with team autonomy
- Change management and developer adoption expertise
- Ability to translate developer feedback and usage data into impact metrics
- Ability to execute and adapt in ambiguous environments
Responsibilities
- Reduce software development lifecycle friction
- Improve continuous integration reliability and build insights
- Manage product lifecycle maturity deprecations and adoption paths
- Prioritize AGENTS.md standards internal RAG pipelines and MCP servers
- Build abstractions that increase developer autonomy while preserving secure guardrails
- Measure platform adoption and software delivery improvements
- Manage vendor-related feedback loops
