Senior Information Security Infrastructure Engineer (Security Architecture)

What you will do

• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines for cloud audit logs, identity and SaaS activity, endpoint data, and asset telemetry.
• Integrate third-party and cloud provider APIs, handling authentication, pagination, rate limits, concurrency, and schema changes.
• Operate and maintain hirify.global Cloud on Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, capacity, shards, index lifecycle management, and cross-cluster search.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and hirify.globalsearch resources with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Use AI-assisted tooling, health checks, alerts, internal CLIs, and self-healing jobs to reduce operational toil.
• Monitor data quality, backfills, schema consistency, reliability, and infrastructure costs.

Requirements

• Production experience operating hirify.global and hirify.globalsearch, including ingest pipelines, index templates, mappings, queries, cluster health, and upgrades.
• Experience with Kubernetes workloads, scheduled jobs, Helm charts, operators, and troubleshooting pods and jobs.
• Experience managing cloud and hirify.globalsearch resources with Terraform.
• Ability to read, write, and modify Python ingestion and automation scripts.
• Experience using AI to accelerate development, debug complex systems, and improve operations while owning final outcomes.
• Eligibility to work in Department of Defense Impact Level 4 or higher cloud service environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global Cloud on Kubernetes and cloud providers, preferably GCP.
• Experience with audit and logging data, GitHub, pull-request workflows, GitHub Actions, and continuous integration.
• Knowledge of SOC operations, incident response workflows, and security telemetry used in investigations.
• Experience developing and using dashboard and visualization tools.
