Lead Learning Product Manager (AI)

Salary: $137,100–$235,750 USD annually, depending on pay zone; additional bonus, equity, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the Databricks platform.
• Build contextual, in-product learning experiences triggered by usage patterns, errors, task types, and other work context.
• Translate learning goals into learner models, skills graphs, progress tracking, adaptive paths, assessments, and feedback loops.
• Partner with engineering, infrastructure, UX, design, curriculum, education, documentation, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable learning capabilities.
• Develop analytics and predictive signals for learning efficacy, skill attainment, emerging capabilities, and skills gaps.
• Create self-service tools, dashboards, and personalization features that help enablement teams deliver learning at scale.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product management, UX-focused product roles, or learning and education platforms.
• Experience owning a product area end to end, including strategy, roadmaps, product requirements, engineering collaboration, and feature delivery.
• Experience with learning systems, training platforms, content or knowledge experiences, LMS, certification, education analytics, or in-product guidance.
• Strong UX judgment and experience collaborating with designers and researchers on intuitive flows, information architecture, and content experiences.
• Ability to define metrics, instrument experiments, and use analytics to understand behavior, learning outcomes, and skills gaps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus experience with AI-powered learning, adaptive systems, or LLM-enabled workflows.
