Data Product Manager (Business Intelligence)

Location: Hybrid role based in São Paulo, Mexico City, or Bogotá

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of data and reporting products for LATAM teams.
• Partner with business stakeholders, Data Leaders, Tech Leads, and an engineering squad to define scalable data solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories in Jira and support engineering execution.
• Participate in daily ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Unblock business dependencies and support the team with complex or escalated demands.
• Lead weekly roadmap alignment and collaborate with peer Product Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with data, analytics, or BI products.
• Solid experience with Agile/Scrum practices and Jira.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and engineering audiences.
• Analytical mindset, prioritization skills, and autonomy across discovery-to-delivery cycles.
• Advanced English required; advanced Spanish is highly desirable.
