Senior Regulatory Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Drive enhancements to regulatory reporting products and define client-focused product features.
• Analyze Brazilian regulatory requirements and translate them into practical product solutions.
• Partner with engineering, quality assurance, and product teams from concept through launch.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to identify market needs and solve business challenges.
• Provide product insights, priorities, and status updates to leadership while supporting product strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product management, financial services, fintech, regtech, or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with financial regulatory reporting in Brazil and interpreting regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of financial and risk regulations and their impact on reporting obligations.
• Experience writing functional requirements and product specifications, with knowledge of the software development lifecycle and product delivery.
• Advanced English communication skills and experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms.

• Knowledge of and engagement with Brazilian regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks and financial data reporting standards.
