Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: São Paulo, Brazil; at least 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Direct product strategy from conception through implementation.
• Identify business and market opportunities and develop business plans.
• Define product market requirements and align new products with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate product development with systems, marketing, and sales teams.
• Develop long-term plans for cost and profit control.
• Promote emerging technologies and industry-leading trends, including Generative AI tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Experience in product management, product ownership, business process analysis, or sales operations.
• Experience applying Agile principles across design, development, testing, and product management.
• Experience developing software capabilities for sales, service, or customer relationship management.
• Experience managing complex projects and collaborating cross-functionally with systems, marketing, and sales.
• Experience managing product tradeoffs, identifying failure points, and developing error-handling approaches for product resiliency.

Nice to have

• 9+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with an advanced degree, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Agile certifications such as CSM or CSPO, or equivalent credentials.
