Compliance Senior Analyst (Pharmaceutical Distribution)

Location: Newark, Delaware, United States; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home

Salary: $62,800–$104,600 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus plan

What you will do

• Lead the preparation, submission, renewal, and monitoring of licensing applications.
• Maintain and audit records of licenses, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and apply them to pharmaceutical distribution processes.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and internal leadership on licensing matters.
• Improve licensing workflows and prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting licensing requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or contract management.
• Experience managing complex licensing projects and regulatory audits.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.
• Ability to work in the Newark, Delaware hybrid arrangement. Home internet must use cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
