Corporate Translator – English to Spanish (US based)

What you will do

• Translate documents, presentations, corporate communications, training materials, and e-learning modules from English to Spanish.
• Ensure translations are culturally and contextually appropriate.
• Translate and format content in Microsoft Word, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Articulate 360, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proofread and edit translations to deliver accurate, error-free content.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject-matter experts, and project managers to clarify context and requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent written English and Spanish with strong translation skills.
• At least 2 years of Spanish translation experience in a corporate environment.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Articulate 360.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Active access to Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Must live and work in the United States.

Nice to have

• At least 2 years of end-design experience with complex document layouts and integrating translated content into design templates.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
