Production Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Manage production processes across multiple departments, ensuring products are produced correctly, cost-effectively, on time, and to quality specifications.
• Take responsibility for output, productivity, efficiency, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Directly manage, lead, motivate, coach, and develop Shift Leaders and production employees.
• Evaluate production processes and initiate improvement projects, including Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.
• Prepare production documentation, training materials, reports, and dashboards to analyze performance and improvement opportunities.
• Participate in production-related projects and collaborate with departments across the organization.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a production environment and proven leadership or management experience in production.
• Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Financial insight, attention to detail, and a flexible work attitude.
• Knowledge of the industry and supply chain processes.
• Proven experience with process improvement, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
