Multimedia Technician (Broadcast Media)

Location: San Antonio, TX; must work from the office in Austin, TX. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

What you will do

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce videos, commercials, animations, graphics, audio materials, and promotional content.
• Manage the full production process from concept development and storyboarding through final delivery.
• Write scripts, develop visual concepts, operate cameras and production equipment, and edit content for broadcast, digital, social media, websites, presentations, and live events.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, news, and activations teams to develop content aligned with client visions and brand objectives.
• Coach clients during commercial shoots to improve their confidence, on-camera performance, and visual storytelling.
• Support activations, promotions, productions, and special events while managing multiple deadlines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in broadcast and multimedia production across video, audio, and graphics.
• Functional to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition, as well as Avid and DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with professional cameras, lighting, sound recording, studio and green-screen production, control-room operations, livestreams, and virtual production.
• Ability to work with clients and internal teams, manage projects independently, and perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish and English is desired.
• Valid driver's license, proof of insurance, clean driving record, and current US work authorization are required. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, drive, stand, walk, sit for up to eight hours, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Experience with vCreative, Smartsheet, iNews, VizRT, news-gathering tools, or Cinema 4D.
• Experience in commercial production, marketing, sales collaboration, or production coordination.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent exposure to multimedia production and digital media.
