Senior Producer, Creative Content, NBC Boston (Multiplatform Media)

Location: Required on-site in Needham, Massachusetts, at an hirify.global-designated worksite; unrestricted US work authorization required.

Salary: $85,000–$105,000 per year

What you will do

• Create high-end short- and long-form content for social, digital, and linear platforms from concept through delivery.
• Develop creative concepts, pitch ideas, and adapt content to changing audience consumption habits.
• Provide editorial and technical direction for the creative content group while maintaining strong editorial standards.
• Coordinate with departments, leaders, internal clients, external partners, and branded-content stakeholders.
• Manage staff scheduling, production deadlines, resources, and ongoing content programs.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnights, with some local and national travel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience, including internships, and 5 years of editing experience.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or related editing software.
• Ability to shoot, edit, write, and produce engaging video and still imagery for multiplatform distribution.
• Ability to manage deadlines, production schedules, teams, time, and project resources.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Needham, Massachusetts, and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sony Cinema Line and Sony a-series cameras.
• Experience producing for digital and social platforms, including knowledge of social trends, metrics, and audience analysis.
• Experience line producing live and pre-produced programming.
• Experience creating branded content and collaborating with outside entities.
