Project Scheduler

Location: Valparaiso, Indiana; hybrid schedule with onsite work Tuesday–Thursday. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future. Travel of up to 10% may be required, along with flexible schedules and emergency response support outside normal hours.

Salary: $62,000–$144,900 per year

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and integrate project schedules for major outages and capital construction and maintenance projects.
• Build Work Breakdown Structures, schedule logic, milestones, baselines, and Basis of Schedule documentation.
• Collect and validate progress data from internal teams, project managers, and contractors.
• Analyze schedule performance, resource utilization, variances, conflicts, and root causes.
• Develop recovery plans, schedule scenarios, reports, and recommendations for project stakeholders and leadership.
• Support project risk management, contract schedule reviews, change control, and continuous improvement of project controls standards and systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 4–6 years of experience in a technical field, preferably project scheduling or related work.
• Experience using Primavera P6 and project scheduling software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling and tracking systems.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future employer sponsorship; valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10%.
