Supply Planner

Location: Charlotte, NC, USA, with a partially remote work schedule

Annual salary: $63,840–$71,820 for Supply Planner I or $77,440–$87,120 for Supply Planner II

What you will do

• Plan material replenishment for assigned manufacturing plants based on orders, forecasts, inventory levels, production schedules, lead times, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate capital project planning, forecasts, customer communication, and cross-functional alignment for plant project startups.
• Monitor plant and supplier KPIs and collaborate with operations, scheduling, logistics, and suppliers to maintain material availability.
• Resolve material shortages and exceptions while balancing requirements across plants and maintaining appropriate safety stock levels.
• Maintain item-level planning parameters and coordinate data setup and maintenance with supply chain analysts, master data, and business systems teams.
• Identify issues affecting production schedules or customer delivery performance and recommend material replenishment process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, data management, or a related field, or comparable materials replenishment planning experience.
• At least two years of experience in related work areas.
• Experience or knowledge in supply chain, demand management, manufacturing processes, materials planning, capacity planning, or production planning.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve planning data issues and material shortages.
• Effective verbal and written communication with supply chain, plant, supplier, and customer stakeholders.
• Ability to work in Charlotte, NC, with a partially remote schedule.

Nice to have

• Oracle or Oracle ASCP experience.
• Supply chain or demand management certifications.
• APICS CPIM or APICS CSCP certification, or willingness to pursue certification.
