Material Planner (Supply Chain)

Location: Tyler, Texas, United States; on-site five days per week

Annual base salary: $51,800–$73,850

What you will do

• Plan daily material schedules and maintain inventory levels that support production requirements and inventory-turn goals.
• Manage raw material and component purchases and ensure timely delivery to the plant.
• Collaborate with procurement, suppliers, logistics, scheduling, engineering, quality, finance, and assembly operations.
• Resolve purchasing, pricing, inventory accuracy, and receipt-to-invoice reconciliation issues.
• Support product life-cycle initiatives involving design modifications, value engineering, and supplier sourcing changes.
• Participate in lean problem-solving projects and events to create sustainable standard work.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, logistics, or purchasing.
• Exposure to manufacturing, quality control, production planning, warehousing, or inventory control.
• Experience with major ERP platforms or manufacturing databases; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Tyler, Texas five days per week.
