Global Supply Planner

Location: On-site in Maplewood, Minnesota, USA, with at least four days per week at the hirify.global Center. Domestic travel may reach 10%. Relocation may be authorized. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $124,127–$151,710 annually, including base pay and eligible variable incentive pay.

What you will do

• Plan the global supply of semi-finished and finished goods across multiple value streams.
• Identify supply gaps and implement solutions to maintain continuity for customers.
• Optimize service, inventory, and costs across the end-to-end supply chain.
• Coordinate product supply through subcontractors and hirify.global plants.
• Lead process improvement projects supporting supply planning objectives.
• Support new product introductions and track results through inventory, service, and cost indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, completed and verified before starting.
• Five years of supply chain planning experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Experience coordinating supply planning across multiple functions and facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and self-motivation skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management.
• Master’s degree in Business or Supply Chain.
• Seven years of supply chain planning experience.
• Experience with hirify.global planning systems, Microsoft 365, continuous improvement projects, and demand, supply, or production planning.
• Experience working on cross-functional and international teams.
