Senior Analyst - Licensing & Accreditation (Higher Education): Ensuring licensing, accreditation, and regulatory compliance for higher education institutions with an accent on application submissions, regulatory analysis, and approval processes. Focus on leading multiple complex projects, maintaining regulatory heat maps, and advising leaders on institutional requirements.

Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA; hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, Monday–Thursday

Salary: $49,199.33–$86,253.75 per year

hirify.global is a healthcare education company serving students through five accredited institutions, including medical, veterinary medicine, and university programs.

What you will do

  • Obtain and maintain approvals for institutions and business units to operate, grant degrees, and recruit across applicable jurisdictions.
  • Gather data and documentation from business owners and submit applications and reports accurately and on time.
  • Review current and proposed federal, state, and accreditor regulations, assess institutional implications, and present recommendations to leaders.
  • Lead multiple complex licensing and accreditation projects concurrently.
  • Maintain regulatory databases, resource materials, and regulatory heat maps.
  • Support policy development, new initiative assessments, approval prioritization, and colleague mentoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • At least four years of experience in a federal or state regulated environment.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing data and communicating information in prescribed formats.
  • Strong organizational, written and oral communication, critical thinking, interpersonal, proofreading, and project management skills.
  • General computing skills and experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently, interact professionally with senior leaders and outside agencies, and provide writing samples.

Nice to have

  • Experience in higher education licensing or accreditation.
  • Master’s degree.
  • Experience mentoring new colleagues.
