Full-Time Stock Supervisor - North Beverly

What you will do

• Lead daily shipment receiving, processing, labeling, and organization, handling an average of 90+ boxes per week.
• Manage return-to-vendor processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep the stockroom safe, clean, organized, and ready for rapid replenishment.
• Assign responsibilities, train associates, and provide day-to-day guidance on shipment and inventory procedures.
• Partner with store leadership, visual teams, and sales-floor staff to maintain product availability and merchandise presentation.
• Monitor stock levels, reconcile discrepancies, and communicate product gaps or overages.

Requirements

• Experience in stockroom or back-of-house roles in a high-volume retail environment; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating stairs or freight areas.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, Black Friday, and the holiday season.
• Availability for 32–40 hours per week.
