Lead Supervisor I (Retail)

Salary: $17.00–$27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Lead the sales floor, support store operations, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as a Coach brand ambassador and implement company initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and recommend actions to improve store performance.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluations, training, feedback, and team development.
• Build a customer-centric culture, mentor the team on clienteling, and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Provide HR and conflict-resolution support and enforce company and store policies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of equivalent experience managing a competitive retail environment at the Lead Supervisor level.
• Ability to lead teams, drive results, provide actionable feedback, and develop direct reports.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, climb, kneel, and maneuver through the sales floor and stockroom.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong customer focus, interpersonal skills, creativity, strategic agility, and ability to work through ambiguity.
