Critical Infrastructure Engineer (Data Center)

What you will do

• Support 100% uptime for data center facilities and customer infrastructure.
• Develop and review methods of procedure and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate customer application implementations, including space, power, and network preparation.
• Manage technical operations for facility power and HVAC systems.
• Provide technical support for customer integration and resolve day-to-day facility issues.
• Prepare technical presentations, proposals, reports, and operational metrics.

Requirements

• 7+ years of facility operations and management experience in the data center industry.
• Strong supervisory and managerial capabilities.
• Knowledge of UPS, generators, mechanical systems, and general industry networking technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and proposal design.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with environmental, safety, quality, and industry standards, including ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18000.
