Client Service Consultant

Location: Remote, USA

Compensation: $28.00–$29.50 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual performance incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end order execution for new orders, reorders, and change requests.
• Process transactional order tasks and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Advise clients on promotional products and technology solutions as a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Merchandising on non-standard proposals.
• Provide delivery updates, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems when necessary.
• Manage relationships with one or more high-value or high-volume clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and 4 years of experience, or a technical certificate and 2 years of experience.
• Four years of customer service and client consulting experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be based in the USA for this remote position.
