Manufacturing Operator

Location: Chaska, Minnesota, United States; onsite cleanroom role

Salary: $21–$25 per hour, plus a $1.25 shift differential and annual bonus eligibility

hirify.global develops and manufactures products and components used to precisely measure and dispense chemicals for industrial and technology customers.

What you will do

• Set up workstations and assemble valves, fittings, and related components using part instructions and engineering drawings.
• Use hand tools, assembly fixtures, measuring devices, and other equipment to align components within tight tolerances.
• Perform manual and automated testing, assess results, and record data in Camline and SAP.
• Operate an engraving laser, package finished products, and complete production documentation.
• Inspect products, address or escalate quality issues, and maintain compliance with quality, ISO, and packaging standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and participate in continuous improvement activities such as 6S and Kaizen.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented processes.
• One year of manufacturing or cleanroom assembly experience is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive pinching, grasping, twisting, bending, and reaching while using hand and power tools.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 75% of the shift and lift up to 40 pounds; PPE and cleanroom attire are required.
