Senior Manager, Pricing (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role based in the Austin, Texas or San Francisco, California office; at least 3 days in the office required. Travel required 5–10% of the time.

Salary: $134,800–$240,100 USD per year, with potential bonus, equity, and sales incentive payments where applicable.

What you will do

• Manage the Value-Added Services pricing governance process, including intake, prioritization, review, approval, tracking, and reporting.
• Improve pricing policies, processes, tools, decision frameworks, and governance forums.
• Maintain an integrated pricing pipeline covering priorities, progress, dependencies, risks, decisions, and business impact.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks, analyze complex data, and create executive-ready dashboards and portfolio updates.
• Develop value-based pricing recommendations, pricing proposals, business cases, and product packaging initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and influence decisions across Product, Sales, Commercial Operations, and Finance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or qualifying experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in pricing, business strategy, finance, management consulting, commercialization, business operations, portfolio management, or a related field.
• Experience managing governance processes, strategic programs, or cross-functional initiatives involving senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, influencing, project-management, and portfolio-management skills.
• Experience defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, business cases, and growth opportunity evaluations.
• Ability to work from the Austin or San Francisco office at least 3 days per week.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools.
• Experience with pricing, packaging, monetization, or go-to-market strategy.
• Experience in payments, fintech, technology, or complex B2B businesses.
