Clinical Programs Pharm Technician

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required. Work Monday–Friday during any hours between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. EST.

Salary: $40,000–$52,300 per year.

What you will do

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls with hirify.global members.
• Collect medication histories and prepare members for comprehensive medication reviews.
• Support prescription drug optimization for patients taking multiple medications.
• Conduct medication education and targeted quarterly health-awareness campaigns.
• Assist pharmacists by confirming medication use and supporting patient counseling calls.

Requirements

• Resident State Pharmacy Technician License or National Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
• Applied knowledge of insurance processing, customer service, or call center processes.
• A dedicated work area with a lockable door is required to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• Must remain in the position and campaign for at least 12 months.
• Strict attendance is required during the 180-day appraisal period, including no unapproved time off during the first 90 days.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Mail-order or retail pharmacy experience.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Previous call center or pharmacy-setting experience.
• Problem-resolution skills and experience supporting team-based resolutions.
