Sr Software Engineer (.NET)

Work on enterprise software and data operations supporting core business functions.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, and .NET Core.
• Build and optimize ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from diverse sources.
• Design and maintain large relational databases and data warehouses using SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent technologies.
• Develop stored procedures, functions, indexing strategies, automated workflows, and error-handling routines.
• Monitor system performance, improve availability and responsiveness, and evaluate tools and frameworks for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with analysts, DBAs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver technical solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of professional software engineering experience focused on .NET technologies.
• Strong experience with database development and tools such as SSIS.
• Experience with relational database design and development.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience mentoring or leading junior and mid-level developers.
