Manager, Infrastructure Services (Cloud)

Location: Kitchener, Ontario, Canada

Salary: $110,000–$125,000 CAD annual base salary

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Infrastructure Services team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
• Translate infrastructure strategy and roadmaps into team priorities, delivery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee Corporate IT infrastructure and platform services, including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, licensing, and cloud environments.
• Maintain system configurations, architecture documentation, inventory, patching, upgrades, monitoring, and service health.
• Drive automation, infrastructure provisioning, Infrastructure as Code practices, capacity planning, performance tuning, and availability improvements.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, change management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional communication.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing an infrastructure services or corporate IT team.
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, endpoint services, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, reliability, capacity planning, and performance improvement.
• Ability to manage infrastructure incidents, changes, operational risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to support on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance windows.
