Organizations Master Data Management Expert (Workday)

Salary: HUF 13,171,200–19,756,800 annually

What you will do

• Manage hierarchical structures in Workday, including finance metadata, custom organizations, cost centers, and company hierarchies.
• Build and govern organization-management processes, supervisory organization structures, and organization hierarchy data.
• Lead large-scale Workday company reorganizations related to acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructuring.
• Drive continuous improvement, data quality, compliance, and documentation for organization-management processes.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Real Estate, and IT teams on Workday data-management practices.
• Provide Level 3 expert support, knowledge management, and education for first- and second-level support teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10 years of experience managing Workday Core HCM, focused on organization management.
• At least 5 years of experience in data management, HRIS, or a related field.
• Strong Workday technical and configuration expertise, including OrgStudio and related tools.
• Workday HCM Pro certification is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, relationship-management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
