HR Generalist (Automotive)

Location: Érd, Hungary; hybrid work with a 60% home office opportunity

hirify.global Hungary Kft. is an automotive research and development center working on powertrain systems, software development, testing, simulation, calibration, and production planning.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from profile matching and screening through onboarding.
• Support the integration of new employees and provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments, reports, presentations, and other HR documentation.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Handle HR administration and contribute to HR projects and assigned project tasks.

Requirements

• University degree and previous experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong organizational, administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent Hungarian and good written and spoken English are required.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
