hirify.global operates a global connectivity business and a Budapest data cable manufacturing plant that is expanding with a new facility planned for 2027.

What you will do

• Support the HR Manager and manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake and sourcing through screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with managers to provide an effective candidate experience.
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records throughout onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle employment contracts, labor administration, and HR data reports.
• Support local and EMEA HR projects, including performance management, talent management, and training coordination.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR questions while handling sensitive matters confidentially.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of HR, recruitment, or HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Higher education degree in HR, economics, or business.
• Current knowledge of labor law.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills with an independent, accurate, and precise working style.
• Confident use of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluent Hungarian and English communication skills are required.
