What you will do
- Process personnel administration activities, including employee entries and exits, contracts, reference letters, and confirmations.
- Maintain and control employee data in HR systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for standardized HR questions from employees and managers.
- Support compliance with labour law and internal regulations.
- Prepare analyses, overviews, and reports while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Completed education or equivalent professional experience in Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- German at B2 level is required.
- Conversational English is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP and Nexon knowledge is advantageous.
- Responsible, discreet, structured, precise, service-oriented, independent, proactive, and reliable working style.
