What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize Power BI dashboards, visual reports, and self-service analytics templates for commercial finance and sales stakeholders.
• Develop structured data models, DAX measures, and Power Query transformations for fast, accurate, and scalable reporting.
• Gather requirements from commercial finance and sales users and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
• Coordinate with the central data analytics team on data governance, schema design, and data pipeline integration.
• Audit commercial datasets, validate published reports, and automate manual data collection and reporting processes.
• Improve reporting capabilities by adopting new Power BI features, visualization standards, and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, sales operations analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query, plus strong SQL or related query-language skills.
• Ability to turn large, unstructured datasets into clear commercial narratives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for explaining technical concepts and data trends to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Accountability, ownership, resourcefulness, and a collaborative approach to solving data and reporting problems.

• Experience with financial planning systems or enterprise resource planning systems.
