CARe Fleet Monitoring Specialist (ATM): Monitoring ATM fleet performance and analyzing operational data to identify deteriorating machines, diagnose issues, and coordinate proactive parts ordering with technical and field support teams with an accent on ATM performance stabilization, remote diagnostics, and Power BI and Excel analysis. Focus on detecting negative performance trends early, prioritizing maintenance, and ensuring technicians receive the right parts, repair guidance, and documentation.

What you will do
- Monitor ATM fleet performance using remote access and analytical tools.
- Diagnose issues and identify ATMs showing poor or declining performance.
- Analyze performance data to detect trends and potential issues before escalation.
- Tag underperforming and at-risk ATMs to prioritize maintenance and repairs.
- Proactively order parts to reduce unnecessary technician dispatches and repeat visits.
- Coordinate with Technical Support, Field Support, Engineering, and field teams to provide technicians with appropriate parts, repair guidance, and documentation.
Requirements
- Proactive, analytical, and technical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English language proficiency.
- Strong technical acumen and knowledge of analytical tools and processes.
- Intermediate Power BI and Excel skills.
- Ability to work in Belgrade, Serbia.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or technical sciences.
- Experience supporting financial products and knowledge of its hardware solutions.
- Experience working in an L2 support team.
