Junior Creative Strategist

Location: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico; fully remote, with the possibility to work from anywhere

What you will do

• Support Creative Strategists in developing paid social campaign concepts.
• Research winning ads, competitors, consumer trends, and platform best practices.
• Write hooks, scripts, and creative briefs under senior guidance.
• Use performance insights to develop and improve creative concepts.
• Organize briefs, references, and concept boards across assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, media buyers, and clients during the creative development process.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative role.
• Strong written communication skills and an interest in short-form, digital-first content.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Experience creating social media, marketing, or advertising content, copy, or creative concepts.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Collaborative attitude, curiosity about data and testing, and openness to feedback.

Nice to have

• Portfolio or examples of creative work, copywriting, or content creation.
• Familiarity with paid social platforms such as Meta or TikTok.
• Exposure to creative testing, performance marketing, or digital advertising.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, or writing.
