Full Stack AI Engineer, Backend Oriented (Top Talent Program) (Java/Golang, Node.js, AI coding tools): Building end-to-end product features across frontend and backend within Binance’s AI-augmented development model with an accent on backend foundations, full stack delivery, and AI-assisted engineering. Focus on translating product requirements into implementations, integrating tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code, and contributing across the product lifecycle from design to deployment.
Location: Asia; work-from-home arrangement, subject to the nature of the business team

What you will do
- Participate in end-to-end development of product features across frontend and backend under senior engineering guidance.
- Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations with less friction between frontend and backend.
- Learn full stack practices and grow toward autonomous end-to-end delivery.
- Suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering collaboration workflows.
- Contribute across the product lifecycle from design through deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or above; Computer Science or an AI-related major is beneficial.
- Hands-on experience from personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
- Backend foundation in Java or Golang.
- Familiarity with Node.js, modern frontend frameworks, database design, and core backend concepts.
- Experience building end-to-end projects and familiarity with AI coding tools.
- Strong logical thinking, communication, product sense, and ability to articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
Nice to have
- Open-source contributions or notable GitHub projects.
- Cross-platform development experience across iOS, Android, or Web.
- Startup internship or work experience.
- Experience proactively building internal tools or personal side projects.
