Location: Remote, open to candidates in Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico

Salary: Mexico 772,000–1,158,000 MXN; Brazil 194,400–291,600 BRL; Colombia 132,707,200–199,060,800 COP. Specific compensation depends on the candidate’s local market and location.

What you will do

• Lead the localized adaptation and integration of the Global MVNO Core for local market requirements.
• Translate regulatory mandates into functional requirements and coordinate alignment between legal, product, MNO, regulator, partner, and engineering stakeholders.
• Lead discovery workshops and define scope, priorities, implementation approaches, business rules, and data exchange requirements.
• Create technical workflows and flowcharts for services such as Number Portability and Lawful Interception.
• Define acceptance criteria, test scenarios, reporting requirements, and sign-off conditions for country-specific implementations.
• Manage technical-regulatory checklists, dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones while mentoring analysts and delivery teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Solution Architect, preferably in telecom or technology.
• Ability to convert complex regulatory documents into actionable engineering tasks and functional specifications.
• Working knowledge of SIP, SMS routing, MNP databases, international roaming, and interconnectivity.
• Strong experience writing user stories, functional specifications, Jira tickets, process flowcharts, and structured technical documentation.
• Experience coaching and mentoring team members and liaising across legal, product, and engineering functions.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with MVNO or Mobile Core environments.
• Knowledge of GSMA standards and eSIM technology.
• Familiarity with Lawful Interception and regional compliance reporting.
