SAP Functional Consultant – Finance (S/4HANA)

What you will do

• Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance across global entities.
• Translate finance and controlling requirements into scalable solutions aligned with SAP Best Practices.
• Implement S/4HANA capabilities including Universal Journal, New Asset Accounting, Margin Analysis, Advanced Financial Closing, Group Reporting, and Central Finance.
• Define functional specifications for custom developments, APIs, BAPIs, and Fiori applications.
• Manage integration with MM, SD, PP, and PS, and support finance transformation, IFRS compliance, entity harmonization, and real-time reporting.
• Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, migration, cutover, and hypercare while mentoring consultants and supporting presales.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including at least 3 years with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Deep expertise in SAP FI and CO, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, banking, cost centers, internal orders, product costing, and profitability analysis.
• Experience delivering S/4HANA Finance migration, greenfield, or brownfield projects.
• Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, closing processes, tax and legal compliance, and integration with logistics, manufacturing, and HR modules.
• Ability to write functional specifications, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Strong communication and business engagement skills with senior stakeholders.
