HR Business Analyst & Automation (AI)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work. Onsite work is performed at the Parque das Nações office.

What you will do

• Use generative AI tools such as Gemini to convert natural-language prompts into workflows, automation logic, and lightweight tools.
• Build user-friendly applications, forms, and automated routines with low-code and no-code platforms such as Google AppSheet.
• Work with HR stakeholders and process owners to identify bottlenecks, redesign workflows, and remove repetitive tasks.
• Test, troubleshoot, and refine automated solutions for reliability, usability, and alignment with business requirements.
• Document solutions, create end-user guides, and train HR teams on new digital tools.
• Ensure solutions comply with internal security policies and GDPR/privacy requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to use AI tools and clear natural-language instructions to solve problems and generate functional automation logic.
• Familiarity with Google AppSheet or Apps Script and solid experience with Google Sheets, Docs, and Drive.
• Strong analytical, logical-thinking, problem-solving, and continuous-improvement capabilities.
• Ability to translate business requirements into simple digital flows and work autonomously in cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English; English proficiency is required for the role.
• Project management and Agile experience, with the ability to collaborate in a trust-based, non-hierarchical environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of HR processes or platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Cornerstone.
