What you will do

• Coordinate and develop a pan-European retail derivatives education programme covering webinars, podcasts, workshops, and digital content.
• Create technically accurate educational materials and distribute them through broker and partner channels.
• Build and execute local and pan-European go-to-market plans to increase retail derivatives adoption.
• Develop partnerships with retail brokers and other participants in the retail investment ecosystem.
• Measure education and marketing performance using KPIs, data, and feedback.
• Contribute to the equity and fixed-income derivatives product roadmap through investor, broker, competitive, and market structure analysis.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in derivatives, trading, financial markets, brokerage, product marketing, or a related field.
• Good understanding of listed markets and financial products, including futures and options.
• Experience or strong interest in investor education, product development, market structure, B2B marketing, content production, and campaign management.
• Fluent English and at least one of French, Dutch, or Italian required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex derivatives concepts clearly.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate stakeholders across several countries.
