What you will do
- Audit pharmaceutical event expenses, including travel, food, audio-visual services, speaker payments, and other fees, for compliance with applicable policies.
- Act as the final checker and processor for financial close and review tasks.
- Review non-compliant submissions, request clarification, and provide coaching and feedback.
- Maintain audit guidelines, process documents, and client-specific procedures.
- Prepare accurate and timely audit reports and analyses, and provide insights during stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct internal quality audits, facilitate calibration and certification activities, and mentor sub-team members.
Requirements
- Degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in compliance or quality auditing, travel and expense management, or accounts payable.
- Experience working with client-specific protocols, standard operating procedures, and audit parameters.
- Ability to prepare high-quality, accurate, and timely reports and analyses.
