A2R DPS Analyst

What you will do

• Execute accounting and daily operations for simple and medium-complex MRCs.
• Close financial periods on schedule while meeting SLA, compliance, internal audit, and SOX requirements.
• Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals within the assigned process and entity scope.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations, monitor open items, and support auditors and legal authorities.
• Train new team members and BPO partners and maintain consistent documentation across regions and processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements in line with global standards.

Requirements

• Background in accounting or finance.
• Knowledge of worldwide accounting procedures, compliance requirements, and internal controls.
• Ability to execute work in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, and the J&J Credo.
• Ability to support financial closing, reconciliations, audit activities, and process documentation.
• Work location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines.
