Analyst 1, Global Intercompany (MedTech)

What you will do

• Implement accounting and daily operations for the global intercompany accounting process.
• Execute financial period closing according to the closing calendar and SLA commitments.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and validity of reported actuals within the assigned process and entity scope.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and reduce open items.
• Support auditors and legal authorities while maintaining compliance with internal controls, audit, and SOX requirements.
• Train new team members and BPO partners and implement process improvements aligned with global standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Teams.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong academic record or relevant achievements and openness to developing effective ways of working.
• Proficient English is required.
