Plant Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and execute the department's long-term engineering strategy and direction.
• Oversee continuous improvement and automation implementation across multiple teams.
• Make final administrative and operational decisions and ensure key business results are achieved.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders through communication and negotiation.
• Influence, coach, and develop managers, senior managers, and direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, including 7+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Alternatively, a master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5–7 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple engineering specializations and teams.
• Employment eligibility verification through Form I-9 is required; temporary work authorization or the need for sponsorship may disqualify candidates.
