Customer Service Representative

Location: Prattville, Alabama; Dothan, Alabama; or Columbus, Georgia. Regional travel of up to 10% is required.

Salary: $26.75–$32.00 per hour

What you will do

• Provide customer service to internal and external customers.
• Enter and manage orders, quotes, returns, pricing, contracts, and customer-specific specifications.
• Communicate with customers and sales representatives about deliverables and service issues.
• Complete required customer service process certifications.
• Resolve standard and regional problems using judgment, experience, and company procedures.
• Track customer feedback and support customer satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Associate degree or related business experience.
• Strong computer, writing, proofreading, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP or CRM tools and a technical sales environment.
• Ability to learn technical product concepts, develop new skills, and assume new responsibilities.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment and travel regionally up to 10% of the time.
