VP, Enterprise Change & Transformation Communications (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Missouri

Salary: $188,900–$359,800 per year

What you will do

• Develop the enterprise change communications strategy in alignment with business priorities.
• Lead communications for enterprise modernization, organizational change, mergers and acquisitions, and business integration initiatives.
• Advise executive leadership and the Transformation Office on strategic communications.
• Oversee executive messaging, leadership communications, change campaigns, governance, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with HR, transformation leaders, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
• Build measurement frameworks, mitigate communication risks, and lead a high-performing communications team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field, or equivalent applicable experience.
• 10+ years of leadership experience with progressive responsibility in corporate communications.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation communications and advise senior executives.
