Salary: USD 24.52–25.32 per hour

hirify.global provides workforce development services, including employment, rehabilitation, allied health, and community support programs.

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between W-2 and Child Support Agencies.
  • Identify non-custodial parents with limited or inconsistent earnings who may benefit from employment services.
  • Refer participants to workforce development programs, including W-2, Transitional Jobs, TEMP, FSET, DVR, WIOA, and Veterans Employment Programs.
  • Track referrals, follow up on engagement and progress, and maintain accurate participant records.
  • Coordinate with case managers and program staff to align services with participant needs and child support obligations.
  • Educate participants about employment resources while protecting confidentiality and complying with applicable regulations.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in human services, social work, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in workforce development, child support services, or case management.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with employment programs and public assistance services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with non-custodial parents or in child support enforcement.
  • Knowledge of Wisconsin workforce and child support systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish or Hmong skills.
