Case Manager Supervisor

Salary: $60,200–$61,855.50 annually, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Coordinate case management services and assist individuals with disabilities in accessing needed and desired supports.
• Monitor and evaluate the case management program and implement quality assurance standards.
• Train, supervise, and support case management staff.
• Participate in management leadership, fiscal responsibilities, committees, conferences, and service-delivery organizations.
• Support the development and implementation of organizational plans and promote case management services.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and service-delivery standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a human service-related field.
• Two years of experience working with individuals with disabilities or aging.
• Knowledge of local community resources and case management principles, procedures, and practices.
• Strong oral and written communication, analytical, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
• Unlimited driving is required as part of the role, including transporting people served in company-owned, leased, or other vehicles.
