Supervisor, DTC Operations Planning (HOKA)

What you will do

• Own operational planning activities across HOKA retail and e-commerce channels.
• Develop reporting, forecasts, and analytical insights to support commercial decisions.
• Manage stock allocation and replenishment to maximise product availability and sales.
• Support product flow, launch readiness, in-season trading, and inventory optimisation.
• Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, Commercial, Retail, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain teams.
• Lead and develop a small planning team while driving continuous improvement and automation.

Requirements

• Previous planning or merchandising experience, ideally in retail, wholesale, or consumer goods.
• Experience with stock allocation, replenishment, forecasting, or inventory planning.
• Strong commercial reporting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Interest in retail, consumer products, and the HOKA brand.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, BI platforms, or ERP systems.
